The Guest Services Center is located in Section F. The Guest Services Desk hours are Monday - Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m, and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The lounge, restrooms, ATM and vending machines are still available for use until the mall's normal closing hours.

The Guest Services Center offers:

Motorcoach check-in is available at the Guest Services Center with a free meal voucher for driver and escort OR at VF Factory Outlet with a step on greeting and a voucher for a free pair of pants for the driver and escort.
