Customer Amenities:
Amenities include an enclosed food court with 9 eateries and FREE WI-FI access and complimentary use of computer stations, children's playground, U.S. Post Office, RV/Motor coach parking, ATM machines, doggie waste stations, Visit the Guest Services (located in the food court) for details on the following: coupon books, gift cards, AAA/CAA discounts, shopping bags,courtesy strollers and wheelchairs, area tourist information, and lost and found.

Enjoy the free trolley service to get you to your favorite stores. Trolley service is available from Noon -6 p.m. Saturday. Trolley service will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Noon- 6 p.m. starting April 1st.

The center is pet friendly and has doggie waste stations located in grassy walking areas. Stop by guest services located in the food court for a complimentary dog biscuit for your furry companion.

Personal Services

A full service U.S. Post Office is located in store 645 and is open Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Pack and ship is offered for all your bargains and special gifts.

National City ATM machines are located in the food court and near the Adidas store 1220.

Group Tour Registration/Incentives

Register your group of 20 or more at www.primeoutletstourism.com to receive special incentives.

Pre-registered shopping groups of 20 or more that arrive by motor coach receive a FREE coupon book, shopping bag and special discounts from participating stores.

Group leaders and motor coach drivers receive a voucher for a FREE pair of jeans when they check-in at VF Outlet store 860. In addition group leaders and motor coach drivers receive a meal pass when the check in at Guest Services (located in the food court).

Groups arriving by motor coach will be greeted at the VF Outlet, store 860. Have your motor coach driver follow the group tour signs when on-site to guide you to VF Outlet.
